USE TWO WAYS
Room/Body Temperature: Thick gel protects and moisturizes.
Chilled: Cool liquid provides instant soothing relief. As it dries, it expands to fill in cracks in the nipple, helping heal and protect.
DIRECTIONS
Room/Body Temperature: Dispense a small amount on your fingers and apply in a thin layer to affected area(s).
Chilled: Place bottle in a cup of ice or the refrigerator for at least a minute until gel becomes a thin liquid. Dispense a small amount on your fingers and apply in a thin layer to affected area(s).
There’s no need to wash off before breastfeeding.
Use as often as needed.
When dry, the gel should be clear. If it has a white appearance, that’s a sign that too much gel was used. Simply wash off and reapply a smaller amount.
